Peace is our safety, identify with it and realise that we are content. There is a pattern in creation; if we look at this tree outside whose roots search beneath the pavement for water, even our own selves and the inner forces that drive us to take action in our lives, we can see that we all move to the music of life and the waves of change. For breath is the bridge that connects life to consciousness, the bridge that unites your body to your thoughts. We also don’t need to acknowledge every single little anomaly & snag within the fabric of ourselves. It has become far too popular to be a mental case. Yes, we have issues. We all have issues, but we are MORE than those issues, whatever they be. When your issues ARE what defines you, that’s when you have and ARE the problem. Issues lead to Disability and the only true disability is a Bad Attitude; which is what we have when we feel the need to advertise our Issues. Learning to live with chaos, imperfection, difficulties. Took me a long time to understand how to live with these things that are just life and will always be there in some form.
