I really enjoyed reading the comments of some folks giving advice to a family from a different country who ate their whole life a completely different food prepared in a very different way than theirs. These peoples stomach is used with food prepared this way just like yours is used with burgers, so keep that in mind. Keep it up guys, you’re doing great! I will come back later to read some more fun comments. Mechanics can be found all around the world, and while one might think there is a standard way to fix a motorbike, each mechanic has a slightly different approach to identifying a problem and then fixing it. Different access to resources like tools and parts often times requires a heightened sense of creativity when it comes to solving problems quickly. Where there’s a will, there’s truly a way. Hai, his wife Hue, beautiful daughter Linh, and the rest of Hai’s team were kind enough to give us a glimpse into their lives. Watching them manage their shop all the while raising a 6 month old child was very inspiring to witness, and reflective of the many hard working people you’ll find throughout Vietnam.
